Appointments are available at both locations. Please select your preferred salon when booking online.
📅 Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked online at sterlinglocsandafricanbraiding.com.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your final balance.

Walk-ins are accepted for short-duration services only, such as:

Cornrows (no extensions)
-
Double strand twists
-
Shampoo services
-
Retwists
-
Kids’ basic styles
-

Please arrive with your hair clean and fully detangled, or add a shampoo service when booking.
💰 Hair Inclusion & Additional Fees

Prices listed online do NOT include hair.

Boho Braids:
-
Additional charge of $80–$100 if the salon provides the hair.

Clients must indicate desired color and length and pay for the hair during booking so it can be prepped ahead of time.

Knotless Braids:

Additional $20–$30 fee applies if braiding hair is included.

Kinky Twists:

Additional $25–$40 if the hair is provided by the salon.

Note: Prices may vary based on braid size, hair length, and hair volume.
❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit.

No-shows or same-day cancellations result in deposit loss and may require a $50 rebooking fee.
-
After two no-shows, a $50 commitment fee will be required before you can book again.

CANCELLATIONS
At Sterling Locs and African Braiding Salon LLC, we are committed to providing a smooth and accommodating experience for every client. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in an administrative fee, and we cannot guarantee availability for rescheduling on short notice. We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to serve all clients efficiently. For further details or assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is always our priority.

LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.And lastly, we offer all our clients
48 hours from the time of their hair/facial services for complain and redo/correction of their hair if they are not satisfy with the service they received at our salon.
